I've been a custom fabricator in car stereo for over 28 years. I remember these days for myself. Using make shift router tables and working mostly out on the driveway and in the backyard. People looking at what I made. And saying ,"You made that here?" LOL Me, " Hell yeah I did. You don't need a million dollar shop to turn out good man." Best times I ever had was building like this. It forces your creativity to the max. On only do you see your vision for what you want to build. You have to get creative on how to do it. It's not just push a button on a cnc and presto, there you have it. You gotta have skills working this way. Which you most certainly do have sir.

Heck yeah I was thinking the same thing keep it up you doing great for the setup you got. Would be fun to see what you could do in a setup Fab room. Get some “Stick Fast” CA glue instead of the hot glue. Keep it up never stop the learns

@@rocbuiltit1460 it will. I used to reupholster interiors for a living. But using MDF, seal it before you finish it. Otherwise it'll swell with any moisture.

@@rocbuiltit1460 check at a woodcraft if there's one near you. See if they have a suggestion. Personally I'd test on a scrape piece with different polyurethanes or clear coats to see which ones don't affect it.

Nice work Roc! A company called Jasper (I think?) makes a circle jig adapter for most routers and it works really good. I use it on aluminum also using standard carbide router bits, they run @ $30. Cheers, Doug
