Custom Clothing with your laser and the xTool screen printer

Small custom clothing orders can be expensive at typical screen printing shops, and some designs are not suited for those processes. This is where you can pick up some work as a small shop supporting other small businesses. We'll look at using synthetic leatherette for custom hats, DTF transfers, and screen printing to create a small custom order with inexpensive machines you can add to your laser workshop.

You can use a tack spray on the board before putting the shirt on it to keep it from moving and also helps keep bleeding down quite a bit.

That is a good idea. The board I had in there had a slight tackyness to it but needs to be cleaned and refreshed.

Do you place anything between the back and front of the shirt to avoid the ink from passing to the other side of the t shirt?

I slid it around the board so that just the back of the shirt was on top of the board when applying the ink.

It depends on your volume. This is great for custom small runs but a large volume multi color order would be better on a multicolor T-Shirt tree.
