I agree, they are much more interesting looking now than before you customized them! The tractor looks like a lot of ones I see with no sleeper and a single or two color paint scheme only. The tractors have a nice aged look to them and really look nice. This is such a neat tutorial and I am sure I will watch again. Thanks for sharing this.

WE need chain binders to hold tractors on trailer or we going to have an accident when we go on the hwy. Wooden bed would be soaked with hydro oil spots where tractors were leaking .Nice rust job on paint.You tha man my friend !

Excellent weathering Danny.👍 I was surprised when you removed the sleeper but it didn't really look right anyway. The toned-down orange/white suits the rig and the tractors both look much better. You're getting your money's worth from these weathering powders.

Cool combination, really like that you didn't put that sleeper-cab back to truck, because i think trucks frame is too short with that sleeper and trailer is too close to cab then, now it's much better looking and more realistic. 😀 I have two of those Leylands, one without trailer and other with box-trailer. I think that kind of real Leyland trucks are very rare.

Yeah the trailer hit the sleeper when you did a sharp turn. Mainly I just thought it looked odd, the truck is too thin, and combined with the odd large horn thing on top it looked just wrong. I have another one the same but its black.

This truck came out very nice. I was most curious about the matchbox tractor because I have a green one with a dedicated yellow trailer and of course now my son plays with it. I remember how I got it. In Poland after the fall of communism all were capitalists and traded on the streets on their masks cars. My mother was selling hats and next door a neighbor had this matchbox set for sale. I have been with me for almost 30 years :) Hihi Such a real story

The Semitruck-trailer with the two tractors looks very nice. The semi truck i like a bit more but i'm sad that you didn't use the sleepingcabin of the truck. Some straps to secure the tractorload on the flatbed trailer would be nice.

Is Landtrain a part of the name? One trailer does not make a land train. The Aussie land trains can have a number of trailers.

It's a Leyland Landtrain, it's the name of the truck that was sold by Leyland, I think mostly aimed at the export market. I think the armed forces here in the U.K. had quite a few of them at one time, but I've not seen one of these old trucks for a long time now. The Corgi model is easier to find than the real thing.

The Matchbox Tractor is a Ford, the Majorette Tractor should be a International IHC.

Really nice work Danny. I especially like the truck, the little added weathering really finish it off nicely. I have a vague memory of owning that truck as a kid too.
