Custom Data Validation in Excel to have Customer ID in a particular way only

Can I ask you something if you don't mind please? I have a cell with 3 choices (by data validation) and i want to fill others cells automatically which also these filled cells can calculate numbers automatically. For example, when I choose the first choice from the cell with the data validation, then another cell can calculate the sum of some cells automatically. when i choose the second choice from the cell with the data validation then another cell (not the cell from the first choice)can calculate the sum of some cells automatically. I could send you a draft from this excel if you don't mind in order to understand it more clearly. Thank you in advance
