Sick work, dude! McFarlane can make a really good sculpts, but sculpt can be only as good as a paintjob it gets. I hope that someday you'll grab a Medieval Spawn, finished a custom myself (wish I can share some pictures!) - great figure and beautiful sculpt all over. Really curious about your take on it

Man, those touch-ups made the figure look 1000% better bro! Awesome job. How does Vallejo compare to Tamiya acrylics? I’ve been thinking of giving them a shot. 🤔

Let me say thank you first, the figure just needed a bit more paint to make it pop more. I think very highly of all the Tamiya paints but with some I have difficulties (metallics, mixing, thinning) working with. As for Vallejo Model Color, so far has been awesome for general brush painting. Their thinner, glaze medium and retarder have helped out a ton...plus they're sold everywhere. For the airbrush, I'm still sticking with Tamiya and Model Air/Mecha lines.

great curtom! the vest can be removed from the torso?

Thank you very much. Not sure about the vest, seemed too difficult for me and I really didn't need to cut it off.

Hi what colours of silver did you use? I bought metallic silver and a red for the star but haven't arrived from ordering yet. Thanks, I haven't tried customising before but would like to give it a try

I almost always use Vallejo paints for action figures. The Vallejo silver is an awesome color, strong recommendation. Good luck with customizing, its a lot of fun creating something more to your liking. Just remember to take your time and enjoy the process.
