I think if it had been me, I would have turned the grilling cubby around facing the other way, so that the person grilling could face and converse with the guests sitting on the stools while doing the grilling. Otherwise, great project. I'm always impressed by how much effort and detail is involved in Megan's 'little projects.'

You need an impact drill to really drill those screws in. With that drill you have now you’ll strip the screws since it’s a harder surface.
