On my 2010 Road King, with the ignition on or the the engine running, press and hold left and right blinker buttons at the same time, that gives me 4 way blinker. The 4 way blinker will stay on with the ignition switch in the off position. Press and hold again to turn off 4 way, again ignition on or engine running. : )
