Can you let me know what clutch you used. I'm going to convert a 224 with 14HP Kohler engine turning in counterclockwise direction when sitting on tractor. I have the shaft done with a step down to 1" od and 1/4 keyway.

if you are using the screw driver in the flywheel cooling fan blades to hold the flywheel you can break the blade off the flywheel if you use an impact driver to remove the nut you will not need to hold the flywheel good luck
