0:33 question what was that thing you rubbed on the cleats and btw do i have to use sand paper and that big thing before spray painting my cleats? I just wanna know because I don't wanna spray paint the cleats knowing I ruined them

He was using a hand held device with sandpaper on it. It helps so you don’t have to spend and much time sanding because it does the majority of the work. If you don’t use sandpaper to give the paint something to adhere to your paint will probably start coming off after a use or two.

I used the same paint as you and I painted my cleats and once it dried I used them for practice and all the paint came off what do I have to put on them so the paint can stay

Did you prep them properly? Using sandpaper? Then after use some sort of adhesion promoter. Then use a sealant after you’re done painting
