@revaz39 It's a casein based wash with different finishing powders added. The consistency is muddy but liquid.

May i ask, why are these mirrors done in red clay? Is it the material or just for the colour? thank you!

They can be done in any clay color but red is the most common. This wasn't for mirrors.
