Making your own header.... Awesome! Just go buy one... LAME! That came out really good. Just being able to do that it amazing, like you can build any style you want. Not to mention being able to repair them since you made them. I have a discontinued skunk 2 alpha header with a badly smashed collector i been saving to try and repair it one day.

Materials build headers are expensive though, rainless bends and collectors are pricey. These were just some space scrap I had

Cool work on making the header or taking it to that level and making your own. Also glad you re-checked compression and did a leakdown. The numbers may seem low but at least they are close cylinder to cylinder. Curious if you drop some oil in the cylinder if the compression comes up. If it does then most likely the rings are wearing or worn but seems the motor is still running so run it til it goes.
