I know this is a modified Laredo but I’m not seeing the snippet of the floor plan at the beginning like some other of your videos have. What all is modified? Is it just the set up of where rooms are, or are a lot of the dimensions different? Specifically, I’m trying to figure out the dimensions of the kitchen/open living area? Thanks!

They can be built anywhere in the US, it's not a kit they just have kind of a standard set of floorplans they use but any builder can put this up wherever you are, it's basically a metal shed with insulation and finished walls.

That depends on what area you are in but in my part of Texas you should expect to spend about $60-$70 per square foot and obviously much more if you go to higher end finishes like granite counters and hardwood flooring etc.

$160-170/sq ft Is what I’ve seen others mention 2-3yrs ago… so I’d lean on the higher end for todays inflation.. $180/sq ft. Puts it at $312,000 usd
