Custom LEGO Inner City Tram!

Utah while not known for having the largest cities does have massively growing ones with extreme traffic problems, and to help such issues bus, tram, and train lines were installed and continue to be installed all over the state. This is inspired by some of those trams and also because I did not know what else to do with the set.
