That was awesome. Ever since I can remember I've been interested in painting, automotive, motorcycle anything with a painted surface. Most of all I wanted to learn the airbrush. My big problem, without the ability to draw, art is damn near impossible. That gas tank my friend is a piece of art. Beautiful. I've found a new channel to watch. I might even dig out my airbrush and give it another shot, thank you.

That's 2k base coat black. Auto color clear coat. Meguiars rubbing and finishing wax.

That looks amazing. I'm just a beginner and was wondering. Why did you draw the floral stencil and then cut it out directly on the tank? Could you have not used a cricut and cut that out on low tack vinyl and then put it on the tank? I don't think I would trust myself with a blade directly to the tank.

Hey Thnx. There are various reasons behind. It's Hand crafted , it helps in improving the stability of my hand. Plotter cut vinayl, that's common. And I prefer doing it my way. 😊

Nice work but I couldn't tell you how many times I've had guys ask me how much it would cost to cover the name of the shop I get your proud of your work and you should be but don't ruin it by putting your name under the clear

Thanks mate. Yep I do understand your concern. These are for display purpose only. The reason I put name was for marketing purpose and brand recognition. Tough it's not that big brand but that's the best way to market your art and with that we are working on making new small logo of ours . And another reason is that many times in observed that my work was being claimed by some one else and they tries to fetch my customers. So it's treat for those who claim others work as that have done it.

@@AIRARTGARAGE oh gotcha never thought of that ,yours is small I just did one on a back fender of a Harley that was 4 inches high and the shop name was ass kicker customs and they a terrible job of lettering had to repaint the whole fender which meant taking off the the back wheel and fender it wasn't cheap , I get your delema and I do like your work , cheers and Merry Christmas

There's a flipside to that too, its AMAZING how many customers I've had that were upset I didn't sign my work. People are weird lol. I generally don't, its not my bike, why should my name be on it.

I don't know any shop that signs their shop name in a visible spot without the customers express request. I've seen shops sign under the tank, fender etc, but never once in a visible place without being asked.
