That truck was built when General Motors had a batch of bad primer. It actually lasted for a couples years. I had a 1990 s-10 with it.

Have you ever sprayed cerakote for nuts and bolts or do you know of any ceramic coating that can use on bolts

never have used cerakote I usually just paint them

So sand 180 then prime. Block primer with 220 then apply base and clear coat?

I would have got it shot blasted before I started painting the body work and give the chassis a coat of under seal 😊

Why would you use bulldog on a metal e coat?They make a bulldog sealer for metal i never seen just bulldog used on e coat!
