Hi, I was wondering if it is possible by any chance that you could add back buttons onto a controller that is wired only with 2 other back buttons of a different kind already installed? The controller is the gamesir g7 se btw.

This controller is still within build time. Standard build time on custom controllers are 6-8 Business weeks prior to shipping. Once the controller is complete you will receive tracking via the email on the order.

How much would it cost to send my cinch controller to replace my mouseclick triggers, bumpers, dpad and face buttons back to stock buttons no mouseclick at all still works and everything , Cause I’ve had this controller since around beginning of November never dropped it at all and the square face button doesn’t look how it should and the R2 and L2 work but you can’t hear the clicks anymore pls help 😞

how long do repairs usually take? i have a custom ps5 controller that i let my little brother use… everything still works other than my R2 trigger sticks and sometimes doesn’t work at all, the motherboard itself im sure is perfectly fine but it definitely rattles. i’m assuming its cheaper and faster to send it in than it is to get a new one?
