I like that Mr. Wallace! The handle looks perfect size and shape to get that good hold ya need. I think some of the newer filet knives got too much flex for me anyways. My first job was at a fish processor. . I actually impressed my late father in law once because I was a Yankee that can fillet a flounder. Take care Buddy..
