Cool. So on the sim you can drive from your real house to an airport, grab your plane, land at a lake, take a boat for a spin and get back to your camp site and knock back a few cold ones while watching the sunset. Nice.

This would be brilliant for multiplayer fly-ins! I also like the roleplaying aspect. Makes me wish we had FSX-style missions in MSFS. I loved the way those had lore and reasons for your flights.

Yeah and companies like Orbx justfly and others make those places realistic hope that for xbox they soon bring realistic traffic i can only purchase static planes and when i turn it on i have doubble parked airplanes at the airport and blank planes that land and take off. On my pc Simple traffic handles that much better the flight plans are real and the texture of the planes are like the real one if you have the livery thats a really good solution i stood at the gate and the plane that landed was live thats really awesom and makes Airports now really realistic. In Fsx we had a Aircraftcarrier which was a free mod with working catapults and traffic in fs2020 i bought a carrier pack for about 20 bucks and nothing was functional no catapult no working Lifts nothing if that would have come with the topgun update wouldnt that have been what players wait for working carriers. I have nothing against paying for modifications in a sim but than they should work properly. The season mod for example costed money too but it makes the sim much much better i only miss better clouds and better water masks bridges that work with traffic and real water levels a river which floats up the hill is not physicly realistic. And i hope soon all flat boats in the Marinas are turned into static boats.

I truly appreciate many of your review videos. The pacing and the background information, and especially the small little immersion makeshift stories are just wonderfull. thanks very much for all your effort. My greatest wish to have as a addon to the sim, also would be a first person (figurine) mod, to walk from the parking lot to the terminal, enter your plane, fly somewhere, go hiking on a mountain or forrest, or walk the streets of big cities, then hop on your sailboat and do some island hopping, and then fly back. That would be the greatest immersion indeed....... A "first person" mod or so would be amazing. 👍

Sure ot would be great but have you seen the streets from ground floor level they look lie google earth blurry and choppy ifbthe game would really have cities like in Gta 5 than thiscwould be makeable only every pc would burn throughout the graphic cards and harddiskspaces i zhink we are very far away from having realistic cities in Simulations from above its already great i often thought combine fs2020 with Call of the Wild simulator zhat would be great the details of the forests the Mountain combine that into a flightsimulator would make a realistic world. What really would be great in my opinion would be if you fly in fall and during you fly it beginns to snow and you see how green turns into white and the snow depths are realistic that would be great or if you have a fire in the world you have it in tje sim as well imagine you stand at the gate in La and a tornado passes by taking half of the hangar or terminal. Doesnt mean i want to see our world suffer but realism is if i look out of my window and it rains than it should rain in my sim too what i must say is in 80 percent realistic. I already checked snow depths in my area and the places i went had snow in real too.

Just so you know, some of the objects have some extra options. Between the add and share button, you'll see a settings (for lack of better words) button. If you have the cooler selected and hit the settings button. You can open the lid and even take a drink out! You can also turn the lamps on and off! There are one or two other things that I can't remember right. I got this mod not too long after launch, and I did a review video on about a week ago. I love the mod and think it's a great buy! I'd highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys bush/GA flying in the sim. I love it and can't wait for the theme packs. Good video by the way! You're way more organized than I am.

Thank you so much for this review! I got this addon couple days ago and I'm happy to say that P42 have now officially built not one but two of my personal favourite addons. Those guys have turned MSFS into something bigger than a flight sim, I think now it's trully becoming a virtual tourism sim. Of course, only for those who have this superpower of knowing how to fly planes and land them in the middle of nowhere 😉

The first time I tried this I landed my Kitfox on a ridge on Kodiak Island. I constructed a cozy little camp, zoomed in on the frying pans - and a few minutes later I was in my kitchen cooking burgers and eggs.

Looks like a cool addon but a bit thin on interactivity for the price IMO. I would have liked to be able to pass time by sleeping in the tent, some animations attached to the various objects (grilling food over the fire, opening and closing the tent etc.), and of course have the sim automatically place you at your last camp next time you load it up. I hope they will be able to add some of the functionality into The Skypark. Being able to actually see objects like cargo etc. in the sim would add a lot of immersion to an already great addon.

I would love if MS/Asobo would go full 'social' with MSFS...exit and walk around with your avatars in multiplayer, pick up jobs and missions from aiports, make money to buy and fill your own hangars, hire NPC pilots to fly jobs for you and build an empire. I could go on for a while. One can dream. Until then, this adds a cool touch!

Really great video. I can see this "App" having potential. You are spot on correct about it adding Life to the sim. As long as they don't price it out of the market. Imagine being able to deck out your hangar or adding jungle runways for "Medical" manufacturing facilities. If you share it, does that mean you can set up a camp and the person your shared it with sees the camp when they arrive ?

Thanks for the nice video. Just curious, does the camp also act as a spawn point? As it would be absolutely awesome to set up a camp, log off and the next day spawn in the location you left it.

I've had the mod since launch. If it has that feature I've yet to find it. I agree with you though. The tent looks tiny compared to my Kodiak. I'm hoping for some larger tents with the upcoming theme packs.
