Frank "Höppie" Höppner is well known in the German scooter scene from north to south. Not only has he been running the Stormarn scooter service in Bargfeld-Stegen, north-east of Hamburg, since 2010 and is an active member of the Scytheman Scooter Club Germany, but he also shines as a formidable customizer who has already won many awards for his creations. In this episode of our "Custom Creations" series, he and Jesco present a real eye-catcher: the Lambretta Chopper Mantis.

Kenne ihn nicht, aber er wirkt definitiv so, als wäre er kurz vor dem Verlust der Muttersprache! Naja, so ein Projekt über zwei Jahre darf man auch feiern!!! Besser halt ohne Kamera 😂😂
