I'm not sure if I can help. If your track tensioner is two long screws they should be locked up with a nut pressing against the skid. Hope this helps.

Man you have some sweet rides! The scratch build is really cool. I just got my first one to mod, a Polaris Rush 800. You may have been the one who told me they are addictive.

How did you make that track? I see you used fiberglass as the bottom layer bit what did you use to make the rubber part of the track some kind of silicone?
