This was great, thank you! Just one thing -- I'm not sure the tip about the bounding box works. You used line breaks in your sample text about fortnite, but when the message comes from %rawInput% it will all be on one line. So the bounding box will keep everything inside those bounds, but it will just keep making the text smaller and smaller. Unless I'm missing something? EDIT: You can use "custom text extents" to force line wrapping within a bounding box. Just be aware it will cut off any text that goes outside the box, it won't resize the font.

The "custom text extens" is a workaround but fails with bigger messages. My conclusion about this video is: maybe GAEL doesn't use alerts with message on streamerbot. The way he explains doesn't work as mentioned, since the message comes from a single line, not with line breaks as the example.

I wonder if you can somehow link Kofi-Alerts in it. Because that would be the only "source" left which would result in an "allin-streamerbot-alertbox" for me. I wouldnt need any other source then which would be awesome as hell!

Gael, could you please say what do we need to do for youtube livestreams. we don't have a Get User Info for Target option under KZbin. So how do we get the info of the person who subscribed.

you cannot do subscriptions on youtube this way.. there is no get user info to click on.

But when you added the text GDI for the messege here 5:48 you pressed enter for every sentence but a person would not press enterr whenever he finish a sentence. So how can i make my text continue below?

Scroll down on your Text settings, click on "Custom text extent" and set the size

@@Gael_Level ok but if you use custom text extents and the bouding box type at the same time it doesnt work but usually what you wanna do is to shrink the text while the text extent below otherwise you cant show long masseges. i dont know if there s a solution or its a bug

So there's no "user" for the youtube option to play alerts from youtube? I've been using streamelements and when I'm live and someone subscribers, nothing plays 😥been trying to find a fix for awhile now

Yet again just what I needed when I needed it Gael, thank you. Great video and clear explanations. Haven't updated my alerts since I made them like 5 years ago since I don't stream much. Recently they just stopped working for the most part. Came to find out streamelements completely changed their widget system and mine is gone, lol.
