Vans breaking down, Customer asking for our insurance details, Buying BHE and preparing for x2 new members of the team... what could possibly go wrong 😬

We recently took over a second Plumbing Business covering Lancaster, Morecambe and the Lake District.

What happened to the Q&As 😮 only joking looks like you had a bad week! I know your pain first time in 10 years this week I was looking at the t&c on our insurance One of my guys disturbed a micro bore pipe when fitting a new rad it’s been 3 months and a slow weep has ruined a carpet, a desk, and a very expensive briefcase! Question for you how do you deal with your guys call back do you just think it’s put of the job or do you fine they wages or send them to fix it in their own time? Keep up the good work and I look forward to a live q&a at some point!
