Customer Education 101: Returns and Refunds on Jumia

The online return form is not functioning, I have filled it several times and it kept displaying error messages and directing me to Jumia robot. The customer care number is not responsive too. It just kept calling out numbers to press and burning one's can credit.

jumia sold me a faulty phone. I returned it and they said it was not faulty.Even a blind man could see the kind of trash that phone was. So unfair !!

These people delivered the wrong item. I returned it the NEXT day WITHOUT OPENING IT and took it to the pick-up station. The wicked employees insisted on opening the pack and they broke the seal. Now I'm so scared they won't refund my money 🥲
