Customer states: I need a tune- up to help my fuel mileage

Last fall I did a real tune on my '65 Corvair. Included rebuilding the carbs, new plugs, distributor cap and rotor. Plugs wires were only a couple of years old and new choke pull offs While it ran OK before, there sure was an improvement, especially in just after start up drivability. My Accord with 195,000 miles, all I've ever done is spark plugs at 120,000 miles, which looked fine and air filters as needed.
