Hi Ryan. You should put your business name and number on your tools so when you misplace them at a customer's property, if they should find it they can call you and you can retrieve it.(as opposed to simply saying goodbye to it permanently)🙏

You have done a great job cleaning this driveway. This is the first time I have seen the machine you use to spread the sand, neat. What I find helps to keep my brick driveway clean is to mix up purchase a bottle of concentrated weed kill and mix a strong batch into a spray bottle and when I see new weeds growing between the bricks I spray just them. I find keeping the weeds cleaned out on a weekly basis doesn't allow for dirt to accumulate on the driveway, stays cleaner so much longer. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Mister Potter, I have a new spell for you today, a Christmas gift of sorts !!! They are called the Magical Cleaning Spells. courtesy of Molly Weasley. "Scourgefy - Tergeo !!" Just point your wand and speak with strength and the mucky bricks magically clean themselves !!! I was wondering if you were going to sand the bricks at the end. And you have a whirly spinner brush. That's the first time I've seen that machine used in sand application. There is another iteration of the same brush on an extender arm and is used in clearing curbs and sidewalks of dirt and weeds and post mow clippings. None of my other "Wand Users" have a machine like that. They just brush out sand and smooth. Happy Christmas from Montreal !!!!!!!!!!

It wouldn’t have it’s too wet which is why we used the power broom, generally a leaf blower will also blow chunks out the gaps due to it being wet and more compact

Now at 6:35. You are not yet washing the brick walls, but have gone on to doing some of the larger paving. Would be a good idea to do the walls, and have the debris from them be washed away when you do the paving.

I’m pretty sure I mention, and apologies if I didn’t, but the wall are in a poor condition and I wouldn’t risk washing them in case they got damaged I washed the one on the far side that had no signs of damage

That had moss, weeds, White Lichen and muck splattered all over. Not easy. Under Landscape Archeology, you were bringing back the color layout in the parking area design and also the walls. Nice. A fun Grime Line right through the middle of the existing condition at 6:57. 9:39 you are rinsing down but we get a glimpse of what the area was intended to look like at 9:43 and also, to the left, a comparison of dirt and muck to the cleaned pattern. You caught the broader pattern at 10:03. WOW. Haven't seen a power brush used like that for sanding but that you have already tested it for winter use and are finding it viable is good. The resident made a good pick on deciding to clean that area. It about looks like you gave them a new home back. Hope you got a good meal and wishing you well over the holidays.
