Ryan, I feel your pain. There is nothing like having to deal with people who think they're so entitled. Customers who hold your money hostage and nit pick every little thing that has anything to do with what you may have worked on. They know that litigation is to time consuming to really bother with unless it is extreme. They are the ones who are guilty of breach of contract, and it doesn't matter how much you try to please them. They will never be pleased and they prey upon the really good business people who go the extra mile to please their customers. I could pay you so many compliments, but I think the best one I can say is, You Are a Good Man!

I carry this advice with me in life and apply it to everything, I hope it will help. If it ain't working out, it's either of only 2 possibilities. You're not trying hard enough, or it's just not your time yet. At that point you can put your best foot forward and as long as you give it your all, you'll always have the reassurance that the ONLY reason is it just isn't your time yet. And the thing about your time, it doesn't expire until you do. So long as you're waking up another day, and long as you're trying your hardest, it's simply a waiting game. Everyone has their time. Good Luck!

After this fix. If she ever comes to you for another project. Boost the pricing, 1. She can walk away. 2. To recover the frustration from last work. 3. if she is willing to pay at least you are motivated and reminds you to check before, during and after. Make sure to write on her account to up charge 30-40% in all future projects from regular prices.😂

I could watch these “business owner tips and insights” videos all winter vs you traveling south. The mentoring you give Eric and Franny could be a business itself.

Hi Ryan, I love watching your videos because I always learn something new. I am 23 years old and getting my license as a GC in California as first generation. You inspire me so much to be an awesome human being first, and then a boss in second. You are truly a leader and I wish you nothing but the best for your business. Keep the videos coming in the winter please.

You’re a good guy for doing what you’re doing considering the customer man, don’t let a bad apple get the best of you. Hopefully she grows up and actually pays you the 1000$ if not I’d just send her a invoice every month till she finally pays. Sad people are that scummy. Keep doing you you’re a great businessman and business owner Ryan.
