Not relative LV, but I had an awful CA for my 1st Chanel purchase. I wanted to purchase a mini classic flap so I went into the store and asked them what was the process for purchasing the bag if they don’t have it in stock. She was extremely nice in the store and told be they would have a shipment in a few weeks (she gave me the exact date) and told me to come to the store early that morning to purchase the bag because they were only getting 2 of those mini bags. She texted me while I was in the store so I would have her contact info. The day before the inventory stock date, I texted her to let her know I still wanted the bag and asked if I could still pick up the next morning. *Crickets*. I went to the store anyway and she hadn’t gotten there yet so another CA began to help me with the purchase. She then runs in and takes over the purchase. I was annoyed because I was done with her but I remained pleasant. She then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted the box wrapped. For the $$$$ I’m spending I want the FULL service and packaging! Not to mention it was my 1st purchase. Why wouldn’t I want it wrapped!?!? Thankfully the other CA had already wrapped it up really nice. She was supposed to register my handbag for a warranty in the store but the website wasn’t working so she told me she’d text the link later. A few weeks later still *Crickets*. So I texted her and told her that the CSR over the phone told me the store associate would need to register the bag for warranty. She finally sent the link. I don’t know what I did wrong in this scenario but the CA I dealt with at Chanel was TRASH. For my next purchase I went to a different boutique.

Great message, on point. You are so right on everything. Come correct, treat CAs nice and don’t waste their time. Do your homework. I did not pre-order, but caught the FOMO on launch day, so I ran to both my stores and there was nothing left after pre-order, and at the second store, my CA was able to place my order as the items were all becoming sold out online before our eyes. The bag I got came yesterday. When I went to pick it up, she said I got lucky because corporate told them to refund the money for the rest of the orders. There is no more inventory. When you think of it, that means the CAs worked hard with high demand, but now they have to work hard refunding orders, taking heat again, and no commissions. That sucks. My CA looked so down. She said she deals with angry customers a lot. I said that it is just a bag,there is no reason to be angry. She said people think we have power to bring in bags from elsewhere, but we don’t.

I’m still searching for a good CA its a high turnover at my boutique. They keep quitting lol I purchased a vintage piece in new condition and now I am content 😂

I was able to get what I wanted online without a CA, but I definitely should have reached out to a CA to make it easier. But sis the collection itself is a mess. The screen printing on the vintage ones look better

Sounds like you have a great CA. I have not found the perfect one yet in my area. My money is loyal to whoever has the item that I’m looking for simply because pre-ordering an item that takes 2-3 months to receive is not worth it. For the Murakami collection I got ahold of different CA’s and the boutique that had the item got my money.

Im in CA and I was not able to get the nano speedy I pre ordered! Yes they refunded me before launch! I went in store on launch day and got serious fomo so I decided to purchase the carryall on a whim and I just ended up returning the bag because it is just not for me. I told them that if the speedy comes back in stock to lmk but I won’t settle for a bag that I did not want so I am disappointed by the launch but it is what it is.🤷♀️

I developed a relationship with my CA, then she left. I was transferred to a CA with my name. I thought that was a good omen. I went in with an appointment.I waited patiently for her@@RakeedahsCloset. Then , I inquired. Oh, she's not available. They said she was there , then she wasn't there. ( Closer to home) Crickets... I am going back to the store manager in Chicago( my bffs CA)
