Customers - Calibrating and measuring potassium B-731

A customer was having issues calibrating and measuring with this device. It was sent back in for testing.
Please note the batteries were removed for one minute before starting.

My biggest complaint with this meter is that it is so difficult to change measuring units, especially if I want mmol. And while I used to get the proper calibration, it has definitely been off for some time now and I have no idea how to get it to synch. I would expect a lot more from a nearly $400 item.

Can all this 7 meters be used on sugarcane for plant sap analysis?

This does not show how to calibrate. It shows how to view the reading if it is already properly calculated. It seems there is no help.

TI really wish this video and speech and no music. Anyway, Smiley face is measuring mine at 1.5 something (can't even tell what unit it's measuring in ) for calibrate and 1.4 for measure. I wish this video explained what is going on with calibration and what to do when it's not right. Thanks

I'm trying to make this work to display mg/l but it's only ppm - °C - mV!!! Where's the mg/L?
