Hi! I've been binge watching ipad videos because I'll be using it for note taking in class (mine arrives tomorrow!) was wondering if you used tempered glass or paperlike screen protector on your ipad (if you already received yours)? your ans would be of great help. congrats on your new device! 🫶🏻

Hi! Congrats in getting one. I’m using a tempered glass as the main. And a detachable paperlike protector when I need to. I just pop it onto the screen as its magnetic. When I’m done with it, I just detach it easily and keep in a separate folder it came in :) I can’t stand watching netflix or playing games with my thumb on non-tempered ones. And its hard for me to write on smooth tempered surface when taking notes. Hope this helps?

I tried drawing using “Notes” and “GoodNotes”. Smooth and kinda a new experience because I’m a paper person to begin with. Zoom meetings and office apps are oftenly used :) daily basis : Outlook, Teams, One Note weekly basis : Powerpoint, Excel, One Drive, Word, Zoom

Absolutely! I use this for those on daily life. Loving the split screen feature as I watch a documentary & take notes on it. :)

You can download free apps for writing via App Store. If you mean pre-installed free ones, Apple has their own “Notes” for quick memo and extensive notes that you can sync throughout your Apple devices.

@@princesseri4461 its true that nothing goes wrong with apple stuff, but I did have to get my dad to use his phone number since i dont have my own number (I am a teen so im not 18 yet) My apple ID is attached to his phone number but everything else on my ID is my information (a phone number is required to make an apple ID obviously). Thank you for wishing me that i get the IPad that i want! But the type doesn’t matter to me as long as it is over iOS 10, supports Touch ID, lets me choose whats on the control center (like iOS 12), and lets me update it manually when a new update is available (like for example, when i go to the software update it says something like “we are ready to update you to iOS 14”). Sorry for that huge paragraph, and im glad you are enjoying your iPad still!

To me, worth it tapi comfortability of size depends on you sebenarnya. Easily take note during class and powerpoint button semua xdelah besar sangat. Online class pun niceee sbb xde rasa mcm I bawak laptop besar 😂 Nampak abit freestyle gituuu However, as a student…kena consider do you type alot or write alot? Kalau type banyak, a bigger size iPad / iPad Air would be way better. 🙂 size of most bluetooth keyboards are bigger than this model If you write a lot, then this model would be perfectly fine! All in a size of a book yg i usually use also. Tip : A lot of student I see….akan buy first and test out for 1 week-ish. If x okay, boleh minta refund. Check t&c with each store sebelum beli if nak buat macam ni~

The grip holder? It doesn’t fit in well :( It was kinda bulky due to the over-angled shape. However, nib cover has no issues fitting in :) I plan to get a slimmer grip holder.

Hi! If you press for a long time on the home screen, you’ll be able to add a widget. Just scroll till Pinterest appears & choose type of interest you prefer. (The interest should be presaved as a list in the app for it to work) Set it to update hourly or daily based on what you need.

Ipad mini easily take note during offline class tbh. I banyak guna untuk planning, study notes & scan documents. Tak rasa mcm I bawak laptop besar because senang bawak 😂 Nampak abit freestyle and still boleh pair ngan bluetooth keyboard once awhile if kena guna However, as a student…kena consider jenis yg type alot or write alot? Kalau type banyak, a bigger size iPad / iPad Air would be way better. 🙂 If write a lot, then iPad mini model would be perfectly fine! So nak kata sesuai…..depends on what type of student you are :) For me, personally sesuai.
