Thank you my friend! 😊 I'm stretching a bit outside the niche, but crafting has become a big part of life for me and a healthy way to have goals that are just for me. It's so easy to lose ourselves in motherhood. I find it healthy to have projects that are just for me. 💖

I know I'm so late to the party lol but just a quick question. Why did you not use the "special" paper over your design with the tiny press? Does that press not require it? I love th video by the way. Thanks for all the helpful tips.

Did you add acetone before doin this and did you use a finisher after?
@CoffeePoweredHome3 жыл бұрын
I don't use acetone for heat transfer vinyl. I believe acetone is used to prep shoes for paint and a finisher to seal the paint. But I don't paint shoes at this time. Heat transfer vinyl sticks to the canvas (and most fabrics) without having to treat the fabric prior.

Hi, Liz! I'm a new subscriber found your channel recently and I'm going back trying to watch all your videos! Love this idea for a family reunion coming up in July. Have you found these blanks anywhere else for less/wholesale price? And also would love to include some for our kids, have you found them in kids sizes please ?
@CoffeePoweredHome3 жыл бұрын
Hey Gabz! Thanks for watching 💖 I haven't even looked into wholesale shoes to be honest 😅 I pay about $20/pair on Amazon right now. 🙃 Kids sizes are on Amazon too, but I gotta look into wholesale.
@gabzwilson27503 жыл бұрын
@@CoffeePoweredHome yes! I think $20 per shoe is completely fair when making 1 but can quickly add up if I make for 14 ppl plus materials etc lol 😆 let me know if you find anything and I'll do the same ! Thanks for the awesome videos 💖
@gabzwilson27503 жыл бұрын
Okay Liz I'm back lol watching the video again because my first pair of shoes that I ordered are here. I'm making these for me to see if I can do them before I get in over my head and try to make them for my family lol Questions: what's the size of the words and the tiny shield on the side, I'm using a size 10 shoes? I dont know if I'm going to use shields yet but I'd like to have a reference for the exact size of the decals, I don't want to need it up. Also what brand htv are you using?
