You can only drag an item on a watchlist if the list is not being sorted. For example if you are sorting by symbol there will be a little up or down arrow next to the symbol column's heading. You can only drag a symbol to rearrange if there is a double arrow in the heading which indicates it is not being sorted by symbol.

Earlier versions show Trade Flash as a gadget. Where can I access this data under current conditions?

how do i add the left bar to other workspaces after i detach a workspace

If you are looking at a workspace and the left side is collapsed, simply click on the arrow the is in the middle of the vertical skinny border on the left and it will expand so its visible. ^CH
