For the yellow paint I really recommend one from ammo mig, they have a series called "figures", and that's the best yellow paint I've ever experienced, the coverage is so nice and smooth, you should try it

It's like a little sculptor's tool with soft rubber tips, if you look up "Sculpting tools" on ebay you'll probably find a bunch of cheap ones.
