Hey, well, thank you so much for the support and for taking the time to comment. I’m glad you like it. I intend to keep building this channel with custom pieces and dioramas. If you like that type of thing check back every Friday for new customs drops, believe it or not, the only paint that’s on that figure is the white paint on the shoulder armor. Everything else was done with synthetic ripped dye. I have a few videos about it, but I’m going to record a “how-to” video in case anybody wants to try it- take care

Dude you’re getting on another level with these customs. That is honestly such a creative and neat way to add some variety to the shelf and or a Mando squad. That green and blue-ish mesh well. And the slight yellow must have done something because it doesn’t have that same blue as the typical “stock” death watch helmet. Stellar job my friend. Your magic with the rit dye is fun to see.

Yea the chrome wepons do looks pretty nice and give a pop against the figure. And like I said before, VARIETY. Which is a MUST for any Star Wars shelf or display when your squad or trooper building (in certain instances other than some clone battalions and stormtroopers. Which is cool when they are all uniform and identical.) Great video man. Il always tune in to these custom Star Wars pieces you do.

The weapons were spray painted with Tamiya flat white primer, then weathered with gun metal and silver weathering powder. Then they were sprayed with Tamiya flat clear coat and the weathered with Tamiya sand powders

I just saw Stoned Mandos Video of your and this Custom Mando is really great!!! I am a newb to customizing but I already did a custom Mando with this Death Watch figure and I am pretty happy with how it turned out. Tho I still has the problem with the colour rubbin off of the joints. So you completely take the figure apart before you dye the parts? I saw videos of people dyeing a whole figure even with soft goods and they do also look pretty cool. What powder are you using for weathering? I heard the powder is good even better than a dry brush. I think this gun is from the Pyke Soldier, right? It is really looking great chromed, a really cool idea! Maybe I will do a video about my recent Mandalorian custom in the future.

Hey, thank you so much for checking out both Stoned Mando’s video and then coming over to my channel. I greatly appreciate the support. Yes, when I figure I try to take apart all the joints, and if I’m gonna do the armor, I’ll take that off carefully with either heat gun or hot water. Then submerged the parts in the color red dye that I want. If you start using synthetic grit dye, go slowly and remember that it only takes a few seconds to color it. If you want darker colors, keep it longer if you want a shadow or a faint color take it out after just a few seconds. I’m going to do how to video in the near future. Yes, that weapon was from the pike soldier. The way you achieve that is by spray painting it with either an airbrush or a really good white basecoat such as Tamaya brand white. Flat. Very very light coats, but make sure that the entire weapon is white.. I will post a video about my weathering powders that I use, but they are Tamiya weathering kits found at good hobby stores. I have about 15 or 20 customs that I’m going to post in the next week or two and I’ll try to remember your questions as I go

@@ysoserious8526 the fact that you love it means that you’ll be excellent at it if not already. As my channel keeps going, I will add more and more content featuring the things I know how to do. I don’t claim to know everything, but I know a few things here and thereabout making models and customizing. Stay tuned and thanks for your support.
