how do i get the line tool, polyline, circle, arc, etc permanently on? I have to click a drop down on the "draw" tab everytime

You can look for a specific tool, such as "List Viewport Scale", by searching for it in the "Command List" when customizing your user interface. Once you know which "Source", or Tab, it's found in by default, you can add that tab to your workspace. You can also add or remove functions in each tab. Drop-down functions can be edited directly in the command list, and clicking on the drop-down menu in the "Panel Preview" will allow you to see its properties and change it accordingly.

AutoCAD doesn't come with a workspace that includes P&ID commands, but we can download AutoCAD Plant 3D and utilize its P&ID functions.

If you want to decrease the font size of MText, you can select it and navigate to "Text height" in the Properties panel. If you want to change the size of the text data in the Properties panel itself, you can right-click on your desktop and select "Display settings. Then, you can scroll down until you see "Scale" and change it.
