Well done Matt, top ten finish. Plenty of twists and turns, looked a good course thou.

Cheers Jeff! Yeah it's quite a nice course, there's a nice descent after you go past the house, but sadly there is a climb to do after you've been round the lake 1.5 times, on a muddy path then on the very soft grass! Fun though!

My first Cusworth Hall run! Nice scenery wasn't it. That uphill part was utterly sadistic though :D

Awesome, that was only my second time there too, How did you get on ? It is a nice location to run around, some great views, but yeah, you're right, that return across and up the hill is a killer, especially when its soft under foot as it was on Saturday!

@@MattClarry Got a PB compared to the Sandal Park run I normally do, so pretty happy about that. Not sure how that happened. Also, I beat Ed Miliband which I was quite chuffed with (sorry Ed).

I love your channel. Well done. However, type cannot see your pace, or hr stats as the font and numbers are too small to see whilst watching.

Thank you I'm glad you're enjoying the channel! That's a shame, unfortunately I'm not sure that I'm able to change the size of the text in the telemetry data, I'll have a look for the next one, see if anything can be done!

@@MattClarry The onscreen data looks fine on a desktop PC and adds lots of interest to the video. I notice your heart rate went up much higher than it did on the flat terrained Rother Valley Parkrun. The course is rugged and as twisty as a plate of spaghetti. I might have to train a bit before trying that one.. 🤔

There is sound I'm afraid, mainly the stomping of feet and my heavy breathing!

Could easily take the wrong turn on that course not sure if I liked it …. Well done though Matt good time 💪👍

You could indeed Duncan, I over shot a turn near the end, the last time I was there, cost me a position and and a few seconds! And cheers, not as fast as last time, but softer and slippier underfoot didn't help !
