Cut and Restored Rope - Magic Trick

This is really cool, I actually made up a way to ditch that knot. All you have to do is wrap the rope towards you and the floor, and flick the knot towards the ground.

The truth is that your magical dog barked the special incantation, off camera, that made the trick work right? Or... It starts and ends with the short piece of sacrificial rope. That's the key to the whole illusion
