Biscuit's version of Pilates = Pie + Latté . Eat 1 bag of chips in one sitting and also Procrastination regime for losing weight 😂🤣😂. When I can't sleep till wee hours due to Insomnia, I nibbled a tall can of Pringles chips until I have max Triglyceride and bad LDL in my bloodwork results. Chips as snacks are really bad and high in salt too. I've learnt my lesson, no more chips!
