Ahhhh the Pepin papers are just the best !! Worth every penny. Not as versatile but wow. I love them so much. Very costly here in my neck of the woods but good lord aren’t they the best I have a Japan theme one with stickers and washi, it’s smaller size but wow. Have you seen their Art Deco ones? To die for.

This was SO MUCH FUN!!!! I don't have any collage bks. I saw at least 4 I would like. I understand about hoarding, not wanting to use. I have been a card maker since 1990.I had a gazillion lbs.of every kind of paper ever imagined. Some I couldn't bear to cut into🤔 When I quilted I had tubs and tubs of fabric I didn't want to cut into! On and on w/every serious hobby I've ever had. Now it's Composition Noteooks, must have over 80 😐😑😂🤔😋 . Thanks for showing us. I WANT to see your Art Journals... PLEASE?

I can’t believe you don’t use more of these. Especially the images. Do you prefer to use images out of magazines? It seems like there are quite a few that would be almost impossible to fussy cut, like the trees or little flowers. Have you ever considered just cutting out all the images in a book just to have them? 😂😅 sorry for the interrogation. Also, I sure do miss your haul videos and happy mail. I miss seeing you show every single sticker and image, but especially your reaction to each one. Makes me happy to see someone so happy getting things I love. Does that make sense? 😊

Nicole in the book Amazing Vintage People where you commented on the family it was an ad for you guessed it Hot Dogs! Here's your average hotdog advertisement you would see at football games, baseball, and any other sports where masses of people would join together to buy hotdogs. The hot dog would be the go-to food for people who couldn't afford more than a hot dog, that's why during the great depression you would see hundreds of advertisements pushing the hot dog as an all-time family favorite. Just thought I would share this with you if I were to have seen this ad I don't think I would be buying Hotdogs for it makes you look crazy. LOL

Hi Nicole! I’m new to your channel, I think it’s been about a month since I stumbled upon your videos but I absolutely love it! I’ve already watched a lot of your videos and look forward to the daily upload! We have a lot of the same taste and both love love love animals, bright colors, aqua and teals, etc and I also love your humor, I’ve always joked that I’m like a 12 year old boy with my humor too lol! I first learned how to make a glue book with magazine cutouts from my third grade teacher, Mrs Crenshaw and instantly loved it!I’m 41 and I’m just now getting back into it after not doing it since my teens and I’m so glad that found your channel because it has definitely inspired me, thank you!❤

I have that last book and really love the images but I dont' have enough table space to work with the larger images, so I'm kinda bummed. I have the 80's and 90's one also as well as a 60's and 70's by same artist. Both really good books. I'm using those in a reporters composition book. Can't wait to get a few pages finished (finally). Seems I spend more time sifting thru and cutting images than I do actually being able to create. Can't seem to figure out how to get started.

Wow, thank you so much for your great review of so many books! Since childhood, I have been wondering why books are not printed so we can flip through them from right to left. This is what I do, just like you. I am a bit tired of Rivans' book being the bible of all collage books. This is a book printed outside of Amazon. For the rest of us who print through Amazon, what is called Independently Published and is listed as such on the Amazon sale page, we cannot have 208 premium color printed pages for a book price of $17. As a matter of fact, we would have to charge a bottom minimum price of $29.40 to make minimum royalties. Besides, the size of her book is not available through Amazon publishing. Just so people understand other authors are not necessarily greedy when they charge almost as much with fewer pages. Of course, Maria Rivans is a famous artist, and her book dominates the collage market. Give the little Independently Published authors a chance. We simply cannot compete with her book, which is very complete. As for the graffiti book, oh my, I see a few trademark infringements that get us banned forever from Amazon. Just discovered your channel. I will watch your other videos. Thanks.

Almost all the authors I cover are independent authors on Amazon including myself. Over the past year or two it’s been 99% independent authors that I communicate with regularly. I don’t charge them any money and review their books.
