If I may it would be helpful to talk about the reference level that allows to move the mesh vertically to adapt it to the zero of the project and yet get the right altitude.

How do you show batters and in particular how you have modeled the building pad that shows correctly in elevations? In Revit it appears somewhat easier as you can cut the site through join tools instantly and then figure out the batters using an extrusion tool dependant on what slope those batters are ie 1.1 (45 deg) 1.3 or 1.2 Really great content

Furthermore most builders try to achieve equal cut and fill by way of m3 as working out by m2 puts out the true equal cut and fill thus need to export off site.
