Actually, for a unique designer-quality jacket (with French seams), it is relatively easy, compared to many other garments I have made. I am a big size. I suppose I need to make a bigger circle to separate more te distance between one sleeve and the other and also make wider sleeves. I am not sure how many centimeters to add, but I will make my own pattern, based on yours. I will do it and show you my results.
