I was completely dumbfounded when I played with my Militaw for the first time first time. It drops shut sooooo easily that I thought the pivot must’ve been about to fall out. But nope, nice and tight with zero blade play in any direction. it disengaged so easy that I figured the lock bar insert must barely be making contact with the blade. But nope, the insert was contact all the way in the middle of the blade. Has passed every single spine whack test I’ve given it. It has a stronger lock up than literally every single titanium frame lock knife that I own. I don’t think there is a better bang for your buck out there. If I didn’t know any better, I would’ve been happy paying double and still thought it was a decent deal!

I am so sad. I didn’t get one of those! Sold out too quick on drop day, so I got the original version instead. After experiencing how amazing it is, I have to own every version they ever come out with

I got both the base micarta and blue rich lite one. Both are great! If you removed the branding it could easily pass off for a $650 mid tech.

I want a Militaw so bad. But I think I want the Mystic worse right now. Would like to see a cut test on it. REX-45 is some pretty crazy stuff from what I’ve heard. Even though it’s not the maximum HRC.

I was lucky enough to pick up the DLC/purple fat carbon version on the secondary. Excellent knife. Great to see Kizer's heat treat doing justice to that s35vn. Not always the case with them.

I used to think the Militaw was an excellent cheaper option to the Sweeney but now I’d have to see a cut test with the Sweeney to see if it lives up to the Militaw! Great video definitely solidified my opinion on the Militaw.
