Ingredients:
1. 1 tortilla
2. 10 gr. oil
3. 3 eggs
4. A pinch of rosemary
5. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
6. 30 gr. green onion
7. 100 gr. mozzarella cheese
8. 50 gr. cheddar cheese
9. 20 gr. any cheese for topping
10. 1 sprig of parsley
11. 50 gr. parmesan cheese.
