❄️ Cute beagle's first time sledding ❄️🛷

We took Oliver sledding for the very first time! Watch as he plummets down the slopes and decides that maybe sledding isn't his thing after all.
Oliver is doing great and has completely recovered from his illness! At the end of this video we included some snow footage that we took in January just two days before Oliver got sick. We didn't upload this at the time because we were focusing on Oliver getting better. But he's all better now!

Growing up in Illinois, we had a sledding him that was 3 blocks long. About half way down there was a jog, hard right. Great fun, except for the walk back up the hill. That was in town. In the country there were giant, long hills. Miss those days. Thanks for the memories. Enjoy the snow, Oliver

Oliver wants to be involved all the time, whatever bis family is doing. He is not afraid of anything. It's funny, how he is testing first, what he doesn't know yet. Oliver running down the hill to check on Wayne reminded me of the time my cousin and I went sledding when we were kids. My beagle I had at the time jumped on the back of the sled with me and started pulling on my coat with his teeth trying to pull me off of the sled and save me! I loved this video. Oliver trying to jump off of the sled was hilarious. I love the beautiful shots at the end of him in the snow. He looked so handsome! Also love the sweet shot of him at the end with Bolt.💖💖🛷🛷❄️❄️

Had an exact hill at our elementary school in the 60's in Pa. We loved to sled off of it. I remember the hill and field at the bottom with the trees at the end...only larger, but I will bet that is do to my little kids memory.

Oliver still looked like he was having a ball in the snow...the later part in the video where he was chest high in snow reminded me so much of my Snoopygirl...she always was submerged in the snow but loved it....Too bad Oliver wanted NO PART of that sled...ha ha ha...Anyway...great video...Oliver is a true trooper with all the adventures you take him on :-))

Oliver is adorable no matter what he does. I love hearing his bark/howl. It's the cutest sound he makes. I have a suggestion for future sledding adventures that may help Oliver feel more secure. Perhaps if you place a comfy blanket inside the sled so his feet don't slip on the hard slippery plastic. You could use an old blanket and put two sided removable tape on the bottom of the blanket that will adhere to the sled before Oliver get's in. I think he'd feel more secure with sure footing inside the sled and may enjoy the ride down the hill better. This may help him enjoy sledding better. (I hope)
