Poodles are so smart. Mine learned to sit, stay, down, to go where I point and to follow where ever I snap my fingers, all in one day without even trying. Your BB looks just like my Bernstein Bear who is now 13 years old. Thanks for posting, BB is adorable.

All the tricks in this video were taught within the week. Some are faster than others. We generally try for 10-15 minute sessions, and 1-2 sessions a day. We felt that more than 15 minutes and BB starts to get distracted... :)

I have a miniature poodle - actually what's known as a "phantom poodle" - I rescued from the shelter a few months ago. He's already perhaps nine years old, but his previous owners - whoever they were - did a good job training him with the basics... wonder whether I can teach this old dog complex new tricks like you've done. He's very interactive and super smart. Every bit as cute as your poodle. Poodles really are the way to go :)
