@@yuk_shuk when u fully cover the heart it doesn't show that much difference,but when you do only a shape like lightly then it may show stiching but no problem you can cover it by doing with another heart

I think it's handmade paper- the coarse ones, usually used for water colour. They're really hardy and easily available.

​@@SugarKook-ls9yg, jewellery cards are smoother and more plastic based- it'll be difficult to use them for stitching. I used to stich embroidery on water colour paper at one point of time, to add 3-D pop up elements to my paintings for art classes. It's doable. But, please don't go for the very expensive smooth handmade papers. Just buy the cheaper, grainier ones, shown in the video.
