Male otters go into a heat cycle 2- 3 days every month. If it doesn't synch up to the heat cycle of a female otter (they're not in heat at the same time)mating to produce babies won't happen most of the time. Human males can use their life force material at anytime to reproduce though. Human females need to be in an ovulation phase (generally) when getting together with a human male to reproduce.

I have never seen a video where Aty showed any behaviour that can resemble a heat. The problem is something else, but not the synchronisation.

@@EyeofRa1133 Male Asian Short Clawed otters do not have a mating cycle! They're able to copulate all year round and I'm sure if you ask Otterman he will tell you the same. Better yet,look it up on the internet. You won't find any source that says male can only mate for 3 days. Stop spreading false information

Ui estava num cio enlouquecedor kkkllkkklkk . O pobre coitado do Aty tentando fazer ela se acalmar , mas em vão . A energia sexual foi tão forte que Ui terminou por desabar no sono e nada de encontro carnal . Parece que , entre as lontras , os meninos raramente entram no cio . Este é o segundo vídeo que assisto , no qual Ui está no cio e Aty não corresponde . Com Kotaro e Hana , também já vi um vídeo em que ela corria atrás dele num cio desesperado e ele não correspondia -- além de olhar pra ela com uma carinha de repreensão , como só ele sabe fazer . Poor Ui, Aty just wants to be friends. Please call Komugi. Call Oage. Either of them have shown interest so poor Ui can heed nature's call & have some pups. I don't want to hear the super fans say about heat cycles & males, males can breed any time. Females ovulate hence where the cycle part comes from. Aty has been flying solo with his hand for some years now. There is video evidence of Aty trying to hump other female otters in the past so its not like he doesn't know what to do. He sees Ui as a little sister or a roommate not someone he wants to do the horizontal bop with. Aty shows more interest in Kotaro than Ui & Hana has the same problem with Kotaro. They're been friended.

Actually Aty tried to mount Hana shortly after they met. The incident was captured on both the Otter Life and Kotsumet channels. She got away after snipping at Aty and went back to Kotaro.
