This music isn’t necessarily for me once, it’s actually for a new friend! I got a pet bird yesterday, and he’s been really stressed in this new environment, so I decided to play some nice music for him. It seems to reduce a lot of his stress. His name is Green Bean, and he is a 12 week old parrotlet. Such an adorable little child.

Kind of glad there's finally a community of people not trying to bring each other's moods down, even when times are tough. I love this supportiveness and sense of willingness to feel mentally better, or at least try and cope in healthy ways even when suffering from mental illness. To anyone out there healing, keep going... I'm on the road myself. You can do this. We all can. I love you.

I’ve had a few panic attacks where my mom has been there for me and I hope you will find happiness in life. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your lifetime! For a group assignment, I got assigned to these two people that are both really serious about sport... They both have a super serious soccer game they're playing in on Saturday, so I'm the only one working on this assignment... they need to practice, so... I didn't have the heart to tell them that I have a piano exam on Friday that I need to practice for... I wanted to get angry, but I couldn't... they're both really nice people and I know they wouldn't lie to me... Right now, it's just hit twelve o'clock. I'm in my bedroom, working on a group assignment that's worth 10% of my grade... all alone.... Haha, that sounds pretty sad. This video gave the strength to keep going!! I'm going to pull an all-nighter if I have too! Thank you, Fambition!! Love you all~~ 💕 Update: Thank you all so much for your support! Oh my gosh, I have tears in my eyes 😂You won't believe it, but I received an A+!! 💕Also, I forgot to tell you all, but both people in my group stopped by my locker and gave me a $30 voucher as an apology/thank you gift... it was very, very worth it. 🤗 I know I sounded strong and confident in my comment, but I wasn't. I felt dizzy, I was tired, and I was crying my eyes out the whole time (yes... nighttime makes me cry, ok... 😂). However, your replies made me feel much better! It made me learn that, if strangers can care about me, so can I! So: please keep going, like I did. I'm very proud of myself and I'm proud of you! If I could do it, I'm sure you can, too! Please take care of yourself :) You all are SO naughty for being so nice!! You're all going to end up in the Too Nice jail, don't say I didn't tell you!! 😡😂 Really, thank you so much! I listen to music like this at night specifically because it helps me sleep. I’m 4 months pregnant and sort of still freaking out a little. I also have adhd so sometimes complete silence drives me bonkers. Hope everyone is feeling the good vibes this music offers. So long and good night everyone

I'm an Overthinker, Since i was a kid i would always take so long to make a decision..why? because i would always overthink the decisions way too far and it makes me scared. ofc my parents didn't understand why does it take me so long to literally create 1 decision and they would always shout at me when im taking too long. I haven't fully recovered since i don't go to a hospital or do therapy because i don't tell my parents.. but seeing alot of positive comments and musics i feel encouraged to heal and start thinking positive!! for all my overthinker buddies out there stay strong!! i know you can do it

I take forever with decisions too... I'm always just trying to find the correct decision, the one that's objectively the best, but most of the time that doesn't exist. So I'm just stuck in a loop of weighing up options, knowing that they're all the same value in the end. I've gotten a bit better with this, but I still overthink important decisions way too much. It's not my fault there are this many options ;-;

I love the lofi community because it helps me with anxiety. I get nervous, self conscious and generally anxious in public a lot. my classmates are very supportive, and the lofi community is the most calming, non-toxic community I’ve ever been in! i feel so lucky

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. I know how you feel . As someone that managed to heal from depression I want to say to you to don't lose hope (I know, it's really difficult, but you can do it) and to give yourself time to heal . It's a long process and sometimes when I was depressed I was so angry with myself because I thought I was a nullity, incapable, stupid , but it's not true. If it happened also to you, remember to be kind with yourself and give yourself all the time that you need , because you're fighting against a real monster and every little step you take leads you towards healing. After , when you heal completely, you're going to be so proud of yourself because you will realize how much strong you are. You are strong and beautiful and you deserve love, don't forget that ❤️ (I'm sorry for eventual mistakes but english is not my first language 😅)

I'm dealing with a lot of stress with online school and barely ever have time with my family. I try not to cry in front of them because I know they're dealing with stuff too. Showers really help me relax and have fun without worrying to much. I'm starting to not care about school too much and more about myself, thanks for the relaxing music Update: I am now back to in person school and feel a lot better

I have lived with anxiety my hole life, I have panic attacks, I don't know if I have depression since I have never been to a professional but I kind of feel sad almost everyday, and on the good days I just don't feel anything. thank you for this video, it helps me to calm down the negative thoughts, and reading the comments is also encouraging, I hope everyone can feel better

Good lighting - During the day white light is the best, but if you are studying at night then more orangey darker light will help you sleep after. 3. A healthy snack - Your brain needs energy! 4. To the person who read this, It’s been hard for you, I know, and it makes me sad that you don’t see yourself in the way I see you. Sometimes they are things in life that cause us to loose ourselves, and the way you have is so unimaginable painful. I miss your smile, the way your eyes light up the whole room just by the sound of your laughter. I miss the way you accepted the way you look in the mirror without cursing yourself out about how ugly you look. I miss the way you didn’t think of yourself as a failure because everyone makes mistakes, we all have flaws and we all aren’t perfect. It’s painful to see that no one around you seems to see the pain trough your eyes, but, stranger, I do, I see how heavy your heart is and how comforting the sadness for you might be, how afraid your heart is of happiness because it disappears in the end, right? You don’t know how much impact you have in this world and it’s sad to see that your demons fight against you and want to take over you. Because you do make change, it’s something so simple and little that brightens up someone’s whole world, it can be a small smile from your lips, the way you look at things you’re passionate about, the way you make yourself eat even though it’s been hard for you lately, the way you zoom out and go in your own world, you brighten up my world by reading this, it means a lot to me that you’re here, existing, but I don’t want you to just exist, you deserve to feel alive. You deserve to get up in the morning and feel good about yourself. You deserve to feel something- to feel every damn second alive in this lifetime. It’s heartbreaking that you think you’re not capable of being loved, because you are, I love you trough all my words and I hope you let it happen in your heart. Love is scary, I know, maybe you heart had been broken once and since then you wanted to be rather numb than feel ever again, it hurts me how you punish yourself, does it not deserve love? Because YOU DO deserve love, please forgive yourself, it’s not your fault that the demons want to take over your beautiful heart. You’re not a bad person for distancing yourself from others, but you deserve someone to talk to, you deserve someone to listen. I am listening, you can tell me what’s wrong. It’s everything, isn’t it? There’s something pulling your heartstrings on the ground and no one seems to understand how misunderstood you feel, it’s heartbreaking to know that I am behind the screen and can’t give you a hug, that’s why I will give you a big warm virtual hug and send you lots of love :). I know I might not know you personally but I care about you so much, I write this because I want you to stay here with me, I want you to hold on a little longer because you matter so much to me, because I will not let you give up on yourself. I want you to see that you should not give up on yourself because you DESERVE GOOD THINGS. I want you to look back on the time when you were a kid, you didn’t give up when you tried to swim for the first time, you didn’t give up when you tired to walk for the first time and fell, you never gave up on yourself, you always kept on pushing forwards, so why can’t you now? I know it’s tiring, your mentally tired, but dont your younger self deserve good things? look back at your eyes that used to be full of hope, look back on those dreams. Don’t let yourself fall, you deserve better. We will both fight, I will fight for you. I won’t let those demons get to you. You can hold on to me, I won’t let you down :). Whenever you feel lonely, then look at the sky, I always look at it and think about you. Yes, you, because it makes me happy that there’s someone looking right back, maybe we can’t see each other but I can feel your presence here with me and that’s enough for me, because I am glad your heart is beating and you’re still fighting. You’re so much stronger thank you think, you didn’t leave your spot on this earth even if you wanted to, you belong here, even though it doesn’t feel like it, when you don’t feel like belonging than build your own home here, put all your love in it and dreams. Think of you as a star when you feel alone, you shine because your heart is good, no matter what mistake you made, no matter about the past you had, you’re one of the stars that shine bright in the universe because you’re heart is beautiful, that’s why the demons in your mind wants to have it. As one of the stars you see others stars, maybe they have felt the same way as you do at some point in there life, but they lighten up the universe with each other’s presence. You’re a star for me, maybe you don’t see it yourself but I can see it, you’re beautiful from inside and out, your body is beautiful the way it is. You make me happy by reading this, you make me feel something by your presence and when you can make me feel that way than you also make other people feel that way about you too. I hope you stay for yourself and don’t let your story get written by others but by yourself, it’s your story not theirs. As you can see, I say a lot of “I hope” because I have hope for you even if you don’t have it for yourself, I see hope in you even though you might want to give up. That’s why I hope you won’t see the world in darkness and will see it colorful again, I hope I will give you a glimpse of hope and make the world you see a bit colorful for today. My favorite color is yellow, and I hope the next time you see the color yellow you will think about my words. If someone left you than don’t blame yourself, don’t think you weren’t enough, don’t lower yourself for someone who couldn’t see the awesomeness in you. If you lost someone I am so sorry for your loss, they want you happy, I hope you don’t feel guilty or regret because you were there, you spend enough time with them, they want you to be happy. They are in a good and safe place now. If someone broke your heart than I am so sorry that they couldn’t see the way you look so beautiful because of the heart you have. Anyone who gets to be with you, doesn’t know how fucking lucky he/ she/ they is :). If you aren’t accepted at home or in general than I am so sorry that you have to deal with someone/ something you shouldn’t be ashamed of, I accept you and support you, I accept you as a human being no matter what race, religion, nationality, skin color, or sexuality you have. You’re safe here with me :). You’re not useless, you’re not a burden to anyone. You’re not a problem, you’re human and your feelings are valid. You’re not being dramatic.Please don’t starve yourself, you deserve food and to drink, I know it’s hard. It hurts to see that you’re in so much pain :( you deserve so much man, don’t let your emotions control you. Don’t let them get the best of you. I am sorry no one is noticing, I wish /hope I could take your pain away for today or even for a moment while you’re reading this. If no one told you, I am so proud of you, you’re reading this and it’s enough for me to be proud of you because you’re here and that’s all that matters to me. If it’s night for you, go to sleep, I know it’s hard to fall asleep right now but you deserve a good sleep. If you have nightmares, please, don’t let them fight you. If it’s day for you, don’t start it by such sad music, I know it’s impossible to have a good day with such mindset but take baby steps, start by drinking two cups of water everyday in the morning and so on.. You will start building little healthy habits. If it’s evening for you, you’re probably overwhelmed and stressed, I want you to know it’s okay to feel the way you feel. You don’t need to be scared, of course you’re overwhelmed or stressed, I mean who wouldn’t? But it’s important to know that when you feel that way you should do a little self care, such as taking a bath for example? You deserve to feel at ease and relaxed. And if you are somewhere in between I hope you know that you’re so strong for breathing despite the pain, I know you will make it :) I believe in you. All I want for you is to stay here, I really mean all my words, even if there is a lot of unsaid things I want to tell u and my text is getting longer and longer,I want you here. I hope one day your smile will become a genuine one where you don’t need to fake it anymore, because I can’t say this enough, you deserve a good smile and to feel alive. You’re worth more than every fucking cent in this world. You can let go for today, I got you, you can cry your heart out as much as you want, but don’t let it tear you down and let your emotions control you by giving up. Crying is not weakness. If you still feel alone I dedicate you a song as your friend. “Dusk till Dawn- Zayn feat. This playlist is great, I was on the verge of tears because I have Generalized OCD and Anxiety. I have trouble sleeping at night due to my brain going into override which is why I have huge eyebags (Lil raccoon). I needed something to distract myself from it all while meditating and this helped me calm down so much. Going to sleep now 😴🙂

Even if you don’t have any mental health issue or struggle, Even if you haven’t experienced heartbreak lately, Even if you don’t feel lost or overwhelmed, Even if you’re okay, You are still valid to take care of yourself and relax. You can still ask people for a bit of support or help. You can and will still struggle with some things. That’s okay. If you’re thirsty, go drink some water. If you’re hungry, go eat a snack. If you need to, go to the toilet. If you need to do something, do it. Now sit in a comfortable position and keep your back up right. Breathe deeply for a bit and I promise you’ll feel better :)

If you're here for the same reason as why I'm here (which is that you're too scared to sleep), here's my tip for what to do when you're feeling this way. Tell yourself this: "I have been ok. I am ok. I will be ok." This always helps me with my fears. Also feel free to reply with your own tips if you'd like.

You will get through this. try and get sleep, drink water, go for a walk. maybe find something you used to enjoy and try making a time everyday to do that. I know its hard when you have a busy schedule to fit it in but please give it a go. even just 5 mins. take a bath , drink some tea or read a book. I believe in you. *Breathe* you will reach your goals. You will be ok. helpline is always available.

my way of handling with that is cutting off everything that's possible to cut off you can delete all your social media apps (did that as well), lose contact with the people that make you frustrated frequently or just try avoid them at all costs and also, there's no time to think about the future because that's for when we can call the future present

I have story to tell. I have trauma from old school. I've experienced bullying, being humiliated, sexual violence, traumatic events from media, and toxic parents bad-mouthing at me. Luckily i have transferred to a new school and found friends who are kind to me and helping me to feel better. Always remember that there is hope even you think there isn't. Music helps me feel better.

I had an online friend who left the world by their own volition way back then. I still miss them. these cute and soft songs remind me of them. they were kind, warm, and friendly. they were the kind of people who you'd fall in love with in a heart beat. I wonder what was happening, what they were going through whilst I was in a completely different country, probably sound asleep. but thanks to them, thanks to "river", I've learned that lamenting and blaming myself just isn't it. I'm content as long as the memories of them are preserved in my mind. I wonder how they're doing up there, where ever they are. to sum it up, I've learned that hardships will teach you something. whether positive or negative, it will help you as you progress through life. just like the littol frogi says, you can do it.

This morning I was assigned a project at school about what to do when life gets hard. Before this assignment I was listening to this already. Half of this project was from personal experiences I've had. After finishing it, I thought it would be helpful for some people to see it, so here it is. 💜I believe that when life gets hard we keep going forward, this is just temporary. As long as you keep going through it and try again and again, even though sometimes it seems out of reach, success is just around the corner for you! All these challenges will strengthen you in the future. Even asking for support is okay! The ones that truly love you aren’t going to watch you fail, but they will help you no matter what. You have to keep going, even if it doesn’t work out. Life is hard and I get that, sometimes there will be obstacles in the way of your happiness or your success, don't let those things get you down. If your feeling any negative emotions maybe do something you enjoy! Take a break, maybe watch your favorite show, draw, write, or get some peaceful rest. I really hope this helps just one person out there who's feeling blue. (Geez this was long, but worth it

I've been thinking about getting a therapist lately. And when I mean thinking, I mean nearly all day long. I've never thought about that, even when I was su/cidal, I never considered it. Talking to a stranger AND an adult for me was inconceivable. I'm terrified of adults, even more if they're strangers, for multiple reasons really. But here I am, at my lowest of lowests. I was supposed to enjoy vacations at the beach, ended up just staying on my phone and spending nearly sleepless nights watching videos. I was supposed to rest, I told myself I would, but I'm still not sleeping properly. My copping mechanisms just don't work anymore at all. Daydreaming went from OCs in a cool world to a character representing me in real life living her best moments while I'm just on my bed doing nothing productive. Daydreaming about different scenarios has always been *my* way of expressing my feelings, of creating stuff I could draw later, imagining things I could write. Daydreaming is basically a part of me, and now, I can't even imagine my persona without wanting her to disappear, I just want her to go away from my head and to never ever come back and be happy. This persona is supposed to represent me, making her disappear would be like... Forgetting a bit of myself. Daydreaming was also my way of falling asleep, just letting myself close my eyes slowly as I imagine a different world where different things would happen. I don't know what to do anymore, I really don't. The hardest part of getting a therapist, would be to talk with my parents about it. Them and I aren't close at all, I've even been considering asking them if I could call them by their names and not "mom and dad". We've got no communications, and no trust in each others. I don't want to make them worry, to ask me what's wrong, to look at me with that pity like expression that makes my blood boil. It's just so hard for absolutely no reason. I'm the one making this hard for myself. I'll just think about it more, first, I'll go back home, then I'll think about it after a good night sleep, and then, just maybe I'll talk with them. I don't know anymore. Sorry for the awfully long vent, usually when I express myself I tend to use a lot of different words as if I was trying to write some sort of story. Idk it's weird, but it's the only way for me to do so I guess. PS: I'm very proud of you, you're worth it, you're valuable, you're *human* and you're not any less than that. Never forget it, you're loved and valued ! I don't know any of you, but no matter what reason made you come here: it's valid, and you're valid. No matter what religion, race, gender, sexuality, no matter who you are, you're valid, and you matter. Don't forget to drink water and eat ! Get a goodnight sleep if you need it, take a break if you're tired. You deserve it. You're doing you're very best and I'm proud!💖

Thank you so much for this! Lately I've been feeling bad, overwhelmed and with panic for the school, future and my personal life. These songs give me peace and comfort, and now I feel chill and positive. :D

worries come and go, low or high grades too, including my physics and chemistry test tomorrow, and it makes me very nervous, but God, the day after tomorrow, my test will be over, whether my grade will be good or bad I won't I can do nothing else, but you, God, will stay here with me, and that comforts me now... If you're worried about something too, give your worries to God, do your part, drink water, and just rest: ) PS: OMG I'm stuck on the first song aaaaaaa :)

I’m actually going to cry. This playlist is giving just so much comfort😩 I just got into an argument with my friend group and I’m scared that they’re not going to accept me into the friend group but when I found this playlist I felt way better and I found a way to talk it out with them😭😩
