I have a very loud, obnoxious, annoying, pitchy, etc, voice so I hope with everything in me that this works- Edit: I- okay so a year later, my voice is naturally low now but not as pitchy and obnoxious as long as I don't sing but that's bc I never drink water- so drink water kids. I guess I’ll try updating every so often Update 1- while listening for the first time my throat felt a bit... strange idk how to describe it 😂 When I talked my voice was the slightest bit higher it feels a little cuter 🌸 Update 2- after about two weeks of listening pretty inconsistently (I forget things oops) I can hear a bit of a difference in my voice. Even with listening very inconsistently I still have noticed results so that good! 🌸 Update 3- I’ve been listening more consistently for the last few days (about 3 times each day as well as in my playlist while I sleep) and I’ve noticed that my voice has gotten a bit higher naturally and it’s easier to make my voice sound like a cute little anime girl lololol it’s working well!

updating daily!! this is a *true* , *specified* response to my experience, including more info that you may find useful!! ***I forgot to update, but I've been keeping track on the few weeks ive been listening to this 1// no true difference, of course ... a tingling sensation and a soar throat the next day led me to keep listening daily, although no change. 2// again, no change ! the sensation I mentioned has lessened greatly, even though I listened to it more, which I haven't kept track of because I sleep with it on repeat *(right click on video, press 'loop' // if you're on mobile, make a separate album and press 'repeat' or the loop-looking symbol).* I usually fall asleep around 1 - 4 or 5am, and wake up around 11 - 2 or 3 ,, a bad habit , trying to re-shape my schedule. *~skipping days without progress~* 5// this is the day I spotted a few differences. it might have been forced, or my allergies; but still a change. nobody said anything about it (coming from someone that doesn't know anyone, that's not saying much), although one compliment from a girl I was gaming with. (keep in mind, my voice is very nasal-y and deeper than most and it doesn't match my looks) getting compliments on my voice is extremely rare, so this makes me believe that it's actually working ... unless it was just a coincidence, that is. *~skip~* week 2, day 2// not much of a difference at all really , although a VERY soar throat after listening to it for 13 hours straight in my sleep ( fell asleep at 11, woke up at 12 ). I've only been using it for three days and have already memorized multiple complete sentences. It very clearly tells you how to connect sentences, how to end them, and how to write in hiragana / katakana CORRECTLY. Coming from someone who struggles with comprehending instructions, the app is INCREDIBLE and free on both apple and android/samsung!! week 2, day 4// I found that my voice has gotten more nasal-y , so I listen to another voice subliminal to help with that, hoping it will help, all in all, my voice has changed. On a scale from 1 to 10 of how deep my voice was vs. now, I'd say a 6 to a 7.5. Not much at all, but definitely something. (if you have a nasal-y voice like I do, don't worry !! there are subliminals that can fix that !! But actually they are right with saying it is not your natural vlice and you are just "avting", since your voice cannot be physically changed due to subliminals or hypnosis (a voice can only alter due to physical changes in your throught, laryngs etc, which is not achieveable by only your mind), they only can help you talking more normally with a pitched voice (so it seems more effortless and normal for you) but that CAN be (a little) harmful for your vocal cords longterms🥲, especially without propper training for doing so...
