Cutlet: Crispy and delicious Cutlet

Meat cutlet is one of the most popular iranian food ( persian food ), which can be cooked easy and fast and it is Popular between Iranians.
There are multiple recipes for cutlets. Here We will make cutlet with mincemeat together.
Ingredients
3 medium sized potatoes.
2 medium sized, onion.
1 kg, minced beef.
3 eggs.
A cup of bread crumbs.
1 spoon of turmeric.
One dessert, spoon of salt.
Dry vegetables,( fenugreek ,origany, cumin, red pepper, black pepper.)
Oil.
