Cutting a pineapple

Easy cutting of pineapple, be sure to use a sharp knife.
Cut the pineapple into two halves, then cut along the diagonal lines. Then again in the opposite direction. You are left with pineapple pieces with the peel used as a handle or alternatively remove the peel and cut to the desired size
